For your peace of mind all orders are sent with proof of posting and are insured against loss or damage. When your order is dispatched you will receive an email to notify you of this.
We aim to dispatch all orders received by 2pm the same day Monday to Friday. Subject to items being in stock.
U.K Delivery Options:
Tracked Second Class delivery: £3.99 (2-3 working days)
Tracked First Class delivery: £5.99 (1-2 working days)
Special Delivery: £7.99 (Guaranteed Next Working Day by 1pm – you must order and complete payment by 3pm )
Saturday Delivery £12.99 (Saturday by 1pm – You must order and complete payment by 2pm) Please order any Saturday deliveries on a Friday before 2pm.
Please ensure that the address details you supply are complete and correct. If you receive a card to say that APC or Royal Mail attempted delivery please contact them immediately using the details on the calling card.
Europe/International Delivery Options
Airmail, Tracked & Signed Delivery: £11.99 (3-10 working days)
Express Courier Delivery: £29.99 (1-5 working days)
The expected delivery dates can change when customs are inspecting any parcels.
We use TNT for most international deliveries. If you would like to use a courier of your choice please let us know. There may be additional costs to this specified service.
Please note we cannot deliver to the following destinations:
Alabama – CBD must be obtained by state approved Pharmacies.
Mississippi – CBD must be obtained by state approved Pharmacies.
Missouri – CBD must be obtained by state approved Pharmacies.
South Dakota – CBD must be obtained from an FDA approved source.
Tennessee – CBD must be obtained from a company operating within the US.
Texas – CBD must be prescribed from a state doctor.
Utah – CBD must be prescribed from a state doctor.
Virginia – CBD must be prescribed from a state doctor.
Wisconsin – CDD must be prescribed from a state doctor.
Lost or Undeliverable Orders
If your order is lost in the post we will send you a replacement according to the timescale designated by the chosen courier for items to be considered lost. If your order is damaged we will send you replacements for the damaged items immediately.
If your order is returned to us due to insufficient or incorrect delivery information being supplied to us by you or through the goods being otherwise undeliverable through no fault of our own we may, subject to discretion, charge a redelivery cost equivalent to the cost of redelivery + a 20% administration fee. Please ensure that you give us correct postal information and that you accept delivery or collect your items in a timely manner to avoid redelivery costs.
If you do not receive your order within the stated times please contact us and we will investigate and, where appropriate, resend your order. Please note that all deliveries are made via third parties and are subject to their terms and conditions. Although we make our best efforts to get your order to you as quickly as possible we are not able to guarantee levels of delivery service and timescales for delivery.
If we are aware of any delays in delivery times we will contact you immediately. You may cancel your order without cost up to the point that you receive confirmation that your order has been dispatched.
Once an order has been dispatched you may return the goods within 30 days of receipt. Goods must be unopened with seals in tact. If an item has been used/opened we cannot accept a return due to potential denaturing of the product.
To cancel or return goods please contact us via email quoting your order number.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and send your item to: 2 Cottage, Lincoln, LN8 2DL, United Kingdom.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over £75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Please refer to ‘best before’ dates on product packaging to determine product life. However, we guarantee a minimum of 6 months shelf life from when the product is dispatched.
